Today I’m going to share with you the best selling Korean skin care products out on the market. It doesn’t matter if you want to adopt the 10 step skin care system or if you are just looking to add a few stellar products into your own routine, these products will work wonders
10 Best Selling Korean Skin Care Products To Try This Year
1. The Face Shop Rice Water Bright Cleansing Foam
Best selling Korean skin care products: The best selling cleansing foam & oil
As you may or may not know, the first two steps of the Korean 10 step skin care regime and cleansing with an oil based cleanser, followed by cleansing with a foam cleanser.
This package gives you both! Although these products can be used separately, they work together best. The oil based cleanser sucks out all your oil based impurities, whereas the foam removed any water-based products from your face.
The Face Shop’s Rice Water Bright cleansers removes all makeup from your face while leaving it soft and supple. It doesn’t sting the eyes or dry the skin and it’s even suitable for acne prone skin – complete winner! This is also the reason why this product is a number one best seller – it suitable for just about everybody.

This pore refining toner has a slightly acidic pH (4.5) to re-balance the skin’s natural protective barrier. It feels cool and soothing on the skin and is suitable for sensitive skin.

3. MIZON All In One Snail Repair Cream
Best selling Korean skin care products: The best selling snail cream
If there’s one thing that you should buy from this list, it’s a snail cream. Snail creams have been hands down the best investment I have ever made in my skincare.
They just work! My skin is sensitive and prone to blemishes, and the snail cream made my blemishes smaller and much less frequent. The cream that I’ve used before had a very low amount of snail extract (5%) when compared to the Mizon Snail Repair Cream, which has 92% (!!!) snail extract. Try it, and you’ll be thankful that you did.

4. MIZON Snail Repair Intensive Ampoule
Much like the snail cream, the Snail Repair Serum is amazing for reducing the appearance of spots, fading acne scars, fighting fine lines and purifying the skin.
This serum has a lower concentration of snail filtrate than Mizon’s snail cream (92% vs 80%), but it’s packed with other beneficial ingredients such as hyaluronic acid and anti-oxidant rich cocoa. It is best used with Mizon’s snail cream for a silky smooth finish, but it can also be used on it’s own.

5. Dermal Collagen Essence Sheet Mask
Best selling Korean skin care products: The best selling sheet mask
Sheet masks need no introduction anymore – they are here to stay. The best selling Korean sheet masks at the moment are Dermal Korea’s Collagen Essence Facial Sheet Masks which come in a pack of 16 different masks.
These sheet masks are formulated to suit different skin needs, but they all have one thing in common – they are very moisturising and packed with collagen and vitamin E. Some of my favourite ones include the Vitamin C, Cucumber and the Green Tea Sheet Masks.

Best selling Korean skin care products: The best selling primer
The Skin Food Peach Sake Poor Serum contains rice sake and peach extract rich in vitamins A, C and silica which all contribute to the healthy appearance of skin. The soft serum minimises shine and the appearance of pores on the skin, while leaving it soft as a baby’s butt.
The serum has a white yogurt like consistency that works perfectly as a primer. The smell isn’t overwhelming or artificial – the product carries more of a natural, peach enriched smell.

9. LilyAna Naturals Retinol Cream Moisturizer
Best selling Korean skin care products: The best selling retinol cream
Retinoids are the only proven ingredients that can help you to fight against wrinkles that are already present – trust me on this, I have two degrees in chemistry. All other products that claim to be anti-aging are just BS.
You can prevent wrinkle formation by moisturising your skin properly and keeping it out from the sun, but there’s little that you can do to wrinkles that have already been formed, except use retinol, botox, or fillers!
In the US and EU retinoids/tretinoins can’t actually be bought over the counter in concentrations where it could change the appearance of your skin because of legal reasons.
A product that would change the structure of your skin (= reduce wrinkles) would be a drug, not a cosmetic, which is why you need a prescription to buy retinol at the concentrations where it’s actually effective. This is why I’m very surprised to see that LilyAna’s Retinol cream has 2.5% concentration of retinol – the highest amount that I’ve seen sold over the counter in Europe is 1%.
In case you are unfamiliar with the wonderful effects of retinol, it’s both an anti-acne agent as well as an anti-aging agent, and it truly works! It’s the beauty industry’s best kept secret. Before trying botox, please give retinol a go – I promise you won’t regret it!
The only downside to retinol is that it makes your skin very susceptible to sun damage and especially prone to sun spots. This is why it’s not advised to use retinol during the summer or when exposed to intense sunlight. If you absolutely have to be in the sun while using retinol, remember to use at least SPF30 to protect your skin!
