If you’re looking for easy keto snacks that’ll help you with weight loss, look no further! These low carb, high fat keto snacks are perfect to keep your energy levels balanced if you’re one of those people who suffer from the dreaded afternoon slumps or have generally low energy. 

Maintaining a ketogenic diet can be hard work at times, but it doesn’t need to be. Many of these snacks can be prepared in batches well in advance, so that you can take them to work, leave them around the house to snack on, or give them to your kids when they crave something sweet or salty.

The recipes in this post mainly fall into two categories: there’s those that are better suited to be served as hors d’oeuvres at parties or get togethers – these are the “fancier recipes” as I like to call them.

The other portion of the recipes fall into quick, easy and practical recipes that are a prefect fit for those with a busy lifestyle. You can recreate these recipes in bathes and enjoy them for weeks to come without worrying that they will go bad.

My favourite recipes out of this category is the no bake coconut crack bar, although the cheddar & parmesan  cheese chips look incredible too (and would definitely be a hit if I still ate dairy!).
