I initially published my first ‘How to Style White High-Waisted Jeans‘ post with the intent of making it a continuous three part series, but I have fallen waaaay behind my outfit posting schedule. I have been a bit too productive in the sense that I have had a lot of photoshoots recently, but that’s all I’ve done. I haven’t edited or posted any new content, I have just been shooting and shooting… (I will tell you more about this in the upcoming weeks, but I will be leaving London for a little bit and I want to have content ready just in case.)
If you’ve been following me for more than five seconds, you would have noticed that I love wearing white and nude colours. Granted, they do get dirty very easily, but I can’t help but feel more chic, sophisticated and even “richer” when I wear this colour combination. The white high-waisted jeans featured here are a new favourite of mine: I normally only wear leggings because they are more flattering, but these jeans really fit like a glove. Topshop knows how to do denim.
Anyway, I know today’s post is very rambly and all over the place, but just to get even more rambly for a minute I wanted to ask you guys how you feel about influencers and bloggers snapchatting and talking about their collaborations with brands? Do you think it comes across as showing off or do you not mind? I am asking because lately I have been approached by some truly incredible brands that I am really proud to start working with, and I have also been invited to some of really fun events in some rather exclusive venues. I feel like pinching myself: I feel so happy that everything I’m doing online seems to be coming together in the way I always wanted it to, but also I am worried about coming accross as a show-off. Let me know where the line goes for you, I would love to know!
