My look for London Fashion Week Day 2 was all about neutrals. I opted for these Stuart Weizmann inspired over the knee boots with my favourite coat and of course, a choker dress. This is quite embarrassing, but I wore the same dress to last season’s LFW events too… Perhaps it will become my signature LFW piece, who knows.
Day two was more eventful for me and Marinka, we started off with a blogger brunch in the Margot, hosted very kindly by the fashion designer Mimi Tran. We we’re also invited to her show but 11 am was a bit early for us and we missed it.
After the brunch we headed to The Blogger Programme’s LFW hangout where we got our nails done and sipped on a few more cocktails. My favourite part of the pop up venue was a designated corner for flowers. Everyone could make their own flower arrangements with the help of two professionals, it was so lovely! I am a big fan of flowers and buy them religiously. However, I’ve recently developed a nasty allergy towards them which is very unfortunate. I have three bouquets in my house now (after Valentine’s, thanks friends ❤️), but unfortunately I can’t keep them in the living room as my head starts hurting and eyes watering… I hope that one day I will be able to enjoy them without any side effects.
Anyway, after the hangout it was time to head for the actual shows in Freemason’s Hall. I was surprised to see how busy it actually was, the queues were massive and lots of photographers were roaming around taking pictures. Marinka and I got our photos taken by a few too and I love the ones of us I’ve featured on this post. We arrived a little late for our catwalk performance and had to sit behind a scaffold post….. not that glamorous but the show was very enjoyable!
Have you ever been to any of the LFW shows? This year was my first time watching the catwalks.
