Hi guys, I hope you’ve all been well! As I mentioned in my last post, I went to Spain for a little digital retreat for two weeks and decided to not post anything while there. I was there to hike 300 km on the Camino de Santiago and it was pretty intense I must say! I will do a blog post about it in due time because the high season of this particular pilgrimage is about to start and who knows, maybe one of you reading this now is going too! If that’s the case, let me know 🙂
In any case, today’s look is all about ruffles. I was over in Finland a couple of weeks ago and managed to find the perfect backdrop for my look – how cute is this Volkswagen beetle?! If it wasn’t that darn cold in Finland I could have mistaken this street for Havana, Cuba. Normally I would wear this shirt the way that I do in the third picture, all laid down like a normal person. However, I wanted the outfit and the weather to come across as a bit more summery than what the thermometer would have led to believe and tied the shirt up in a knot. Which do you prefer? As always, I’ve paired the look with my trustworthy perspex heels and dressed it down with a pair of high-waisted jeans. The ruffles on this Zara shirt are ginourmous, so it’s better to play it safe with the rest of the outfit!
On Monday I am jetting off to sunny Kuala Lumpur, followed by Tokyo and Hong Kong! Be prepared for some holiday content by the pool, I can’t wait to share some of the bikinis that I have been hoarding in my closet! P.S. Travel tips to any of these locations are welcome, as always! xx
